Wine that lets you taste the mountain
We stand for radical site fidelity. Quality comes from conviction. Not from adaptation. 930 m a.s.l. set the parameters: growing season, ripening progression, acid structure. Exposure and alpine temperature swings dictate the rhythm. Our work begins with observation and ends with clear decisions in the vineyard. The site is the measure.

The estate is in conversion to organic management. Permanent cover crops between the vine rows stabilise the soil and promote soil life. Tillage is mechanical. The goal is a resilient system with long-term soil fertility and a clear nutrient balance.

One site. One grape variety. Limitation creates identity. Concentration creates clarity, in the vineyard as in the glass.

100% hand-harvested into 10 kg crates. Canopy work by hand, targeted yield regulation and individual management of every vine. Decisions are not made across the board but per plant. Quality comes through selection, not volume.
